Will iPad gamers expect full length console gaming?

    ~6gb per game? I doubt it will come to that. I'd say at least 20 full length games. And that is probably being way too conservative.

    Considering that the file limit is 2GB, yes. On average, figure at least 100 full-length games in 64GB.

    Anyone know how much memory (GPU and CPU if applicable) you have to work with on one?

    As a gamer, I don't really expect PS3-Like full-length games. But I hope that some iPad games (RPGs for example) will have a bit more depth.

    Of course "smaller" games can also be cool. If you come up with a totally brilliant idea (Flight Control has just three levels and an online Leaderboard, but it's still pretty addictive!) that uses the special characteristics of the iPad (bigger screen might make some things possible which iPhone gamers hadn't even dreamed of!), you will also have a chance.

    So this depends mostly on the type of game you want to create.
