WOW now the new version is very good the language changes and also in the game everything now is in english and there is the continue button very nice still npcs you could interact with would be very nice and things like sellsmen and a town would be nice and the chance to change the perspective of the camera also the music in the background is very nice to do you still need beta testers ? i would like to is i would know what to do EDIT now i truly love the game i spent bit more time on the game and now i finished level one now i can use the "magic bow" and i saw there is a city maybe also npcs i could interact with ?! would be great i can´t stop playing it cause i want see the city that what i wanted to tell
Ancient Ruins 3D hack and slash RPG similar to Hero of sparta Hi everyone, I found this interesting nice looking game, which obviously was developing for iPhone but never has been released. I wonder if it ever will. Take a look at the video.
He actually had a demo of the game running on browsers, but then simply disappeared (along with website hosting the the game). It wasn't half-bad, but by today's standards it would probably come across as primitive.
Me as well. Really looks like something similar to "Hero of sparta" from Gameloft, but less heroish maybe. Anyway I would like to try that game. You trying to say this game was playable in the browser? How's that?
The Unity3D engine has a browser plug-in which basically runs on the same code that you use to power an iPhone game. Ancient Ruins (or Ancient Quest) was running here, but as all you can find there now is one of those obnoxious no-content abandoned URL sites. I remember trying to find out more about Andrea Monzini about a year ago and basically running into a dead end (he had a few old posts on the Unity forum, but nothing else). I am pretty sure that this is a dead project.

Thanks Andrea for those Information. You Guys should take the Time you need because honestly you Guys are only fighting at that Genre with Gameloft and their Top Notch Games Dungeon Hunter II and a few other Games so it would be Ok if you take the Time and postbone the Game. Play some Rounds a few other Games in that Genre (Dungeon Hunter II/Diablo II/Titan Quest/...) and redo the Level Design so it does fit into those World more because remember... ...We are expecting only the Best from you Guys after the great Monster Trouble... ...and it doesn`t matter if that mean that we have to wait another 6.Months for that Game if the Leveldesign would be as great as some of the Parts of Shadowgun
