    I haven't bought it yet...

    Because I don't have money, and I have never played this type of game, but I have seen the elder scrolls, and it reminds me of the elder scrolls soooo much. :)

    To get people to talk to you you tap and hold them? Are there explanations of the controls that I missed? I noticed a couple typos too. I thought there was a beta of this?

    Having completed first quest: gameplay is simple but highly enjoyable. Sound effects are a definite highlight. Interface is thoughtfully designed and works well. No idea how "big" the game is, but really don't care. Very enjoyable experience overall so far.

    Been waiting for this one for a while! The TA app didn't alert me even though it's on my watch list :/. Will be buying soon!

    In the main menu is a how to play section. There should a action button next to the health/mana button to talk.

    You can also just swipe the screen. (As you would to attack.)

    I highly recommend QuestLord; I put a bunch of time into the final beta (which is the version you are playing).

    I will try to type more detailed "impressions" but only have one hand unbandaged due to minor dermatology operation.
    Perhaps you are expecting frivolous fetch quests? Questlord has only 18 quests but there's actually more required to advance the plot not included in the official count. The most satisfying thing about QuestLord is it's open world dynamics rather than overly linear questing 1, 2, 3, done.
    Don't overlook the wall parchments that have spells; not sure if you need spellbook first or not. Initially you have to do some treking to new areas to explore everything but it's a lot of fun.

    Ah that's why the tap and hold wasn't always working. It's a swipe. Starting to get the hang of it but it looks easier than it is!

    Eric or any beta testers;

    Do enemies respawn or is there a set amount through out the game?

    Sheesh. Doesn't everyone try to attack the first NPC they come across to check if they can? :p

    Some enemies respawn but many don't; you won't likely be replaying the same area over and over anyway... keep forward. You're not likely to camp out in one area continually rebattling the same foes. Also, there is a randomized quick play roguelike area for unquenchable bloodlust.

    Hehe, I believe you, but the irony is if you watch the video the only quest they show is "I want vengeance. Slay 5 undead. " :) that's basically the definition of a 'fetch' style quest. :)
