There is currently one mini expansion and several additional characters you can purchase via IAP, you can also purchase the rune card set but those cards also can be earned in game. Just be aware there is a lot of dice rolling, so if you don't enjoy that randomness in the game then be aware. shadow9d9 Active Member May 31, 2014 28 0 0 #5 shadow9d9, Jun 20, 2014 Since when is half of 7, 4? You can play as one of several classes but on you own. Talisman has you and up to three other players ( real or AI) playing against the board AND each other. If you land on the same square as another player you can choose to encounter the 'board', or the other player. There are more classes to choose from plus other bits and bobs. Prologue can be thought of as more of a tutorial where you can try several different classes. Hope this helps. Both are great games. This version is the actual game and uses AI for single player oppose to making a silly mini game out of it in Prologue. Settle in with the original for a bit, than decide if it's for you. If so, definitely pick it up. Per the developer, there's many more coming too. It's cool you can buy individual characters from the expansion if you wanna go that route. Citronaut Well-Known Member Apr 12, 2014 105 4 18 #18 Citronaut, Jun 23, 2014 Thanks for all the info. I think I may be about to buy too. If you do buy the expansion, are all of the IAP characters included? Scott I think you are confused, the individual characters you can purchase are different from those in the expansion and you can't use the expansion characters unless you are playing a game using the expansion.
