      TouchArcade forums have been around long enough now that the same questions get asked over and over again. Rather than list out some horror recommendations let me refer you to other threads on this subject (most recent linked first, below). One day I fear these threads will unite to overthrow the other cutesy retro game threads.

      Well Dead Space IMO is the "scariest and/or most suspenseful" of them all. Other than want has been mentioned the only other ones that come to mind are Call of Duty Zombies, and Doom Resurrection. Neither of those two I would call scary but they do fall into that genre and are quite entertaining although be warned Doom Resurrection is on rails.
