I'm announcing my newly release of 'Gemania' recently. It's a match-and-earse game that has best user experience on iPad. I was about to post it to the iPad section, but later I found that the iPhone section has many more people. Hence I finally made my post there. What would you do if you are announcing an iPad/iPhone universal app? If its Universal then both sections are allowed, as far as I know. If it's just one device then keep it to the one section.
