Clearly! It might have been our intention to release it soon after that July story, but that did not happen haha.
One thing I'd like to see changed is the timed missions. I hate timed missions in any game to be honest, much prefer taking my time in games rather than be forced to complete something within a short time limit.
I would usually agree, but here they're not that frequent, and in normal difficulty the time available is not crazy. As a way to change-up the gameplay, I think they work well In any event, timed missions are a staple of this sort of game, so I don't expect that that will change.
I think because it MIGHT just knock Battle Blasters off that pedestal but I doubt it, considering your devotion, dude
OMG! you are absolutely right!!!! but battle blasters and space miner may be able to share that pedestal, each with one cheek one (but of course, i have to try the game out before i can make such a remark)
@ squarezero hey bud have you finished yet? I just did, 10 plus hours of awesome but I took my sweet time with it. I finished #36 in the leaderboars lol. I guess Ive got nowhere to go but up.
I'm only 4 hours into it -- been jumping back and forth between multiple games (including Chrono Trigger on my new DSi). And, of course, taking care of my son, going to work, etc. Still a freaking blast, though.
Sounds great! Thanks V_LilMike for a wonderful engrossing space game- haven't been immersed like that for a looong time (perhaps since I last played Elite on my AMIGA twenty years ago ). It really shows an attention to detail you rarely encounter. I'm perhaps 2 hours into the game, still marvelling at lots of things like the physics, the graphics FX or the wonderful tinny sounds of the robot drones... All on a little iPod 2G, incredible. This game is a great achievement and a milestone for iPhone/iPod gaming IMHO. Also thanks to the Toucharcade staff for pointing out this gem amidst hundreds of mediocre apps...
In the Pinata level, how to distroy that huge pinatasroid? I tried all the weapons: blaster wave, laser beam, mine drill etc. None budged...
Nvm, u got keep firing at that huge astroid. That thing has tons of HP. Anyhow, the ending credit is absolutely genius!! I wonder what will happen if u die in the credit...lol
