Late! Screenshots remind me of visiting fish hatcheries as a kid. The tanks were open, and you could buy fish food out of vending machines to throw in with the fish, which was neat, but even better was to catch one of the smallest fish and throw it in the bigger fish tank, as they'd chase it around and around until it got caught/eaten. So... drop a small fish in there that moves faster than the piranhas so they have to get lucky to catch it!
I think this sort of misses the simplicity of Koi Pond, but lacks the depth of a good game. Haven't played it or anything, just what it looks like to me...

The Game has been released: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=32306 and it is a nice take on Koi Pond! Its like Koi Pond, but with something to do! Once suggestion, how about if you just touch the screen, then the piranha should either scatter or run to investigate what is disturbing their pond! I love the two different view angles and feeding the um, fish! I also think that the visuals looks fantastic! Also, Maybe Piranha should die if you dont feed them and then have a way to add new piranha and even name the piranha! It would be cool to be able to scroll around the pond as well. Also different types of piranha food would be great! The ideas suggested so far are really nice! Throw in a puffer fish as well! I would like to see how that goes!
