I haven't even got to those yet I will eventually try them all and this game is fun enough to make me want to. I'm so hooked on virtual boy right now haha The fact we can change that is props to the dev for making a gamers game
For anyone who's on the fence about this one....some of the things I've enjoyed so far.. Acrcade challenges with high scores.....cheat codes.....playable games in the arcade....being able to pick up a mop and running round slapping civilians with it.....buying hats......being able to record and playback sections of the game....changing the game's visuals to dozens of different looks including DOS Pc and original Gameboy style colours.....tons of 80's references....jokey store names that outdo GTA in humour... And I've only played for an hour and achieved 5% completion.....
For some reason I'm having a problem with the first challenge of going to the hideout. I'm supposed to follow the arrow. Is the arrow that I'm following the one on the map directly in front of my vehicle?
It is but it can get away from you if you get to far out of range I think Anyways if you touch the map on screen you can blow it up zoom out etc and even mark locations to go to But it's easy to map it out that way and find it Maybe look for a location nearby What got me was location of it isn't off the main road it's kind of hidden hence hideout you will find it I lost my arrow a mjn but I think I had went too far north Hope it helps But there is a lot of options w the map
I have been enjoying it a lot and I haven't even done the story mode yet I'm messing around in free roam mostly first and then I will have a good feel for it and dive into the story. A good question for someone who may have put more time into on another format or even this one... Is it only one map?
Just did it again It's first building north of skate n buy Skate shop sort of a skate or die theme Loved that game back in the day Bought a skateboard there too and you can ride it By the time I get there I've usually attracted tons of cops because I flattened a bunch of pedestrians oops Look for the duck hunt dog he will be in a cutscene after you find the hideout

Hot damn. I'm honestly shocked. I've been wanting this port to happen for years but had absolutely no hope of it ever actually happening. I think the dev listed a few reasons a while back on why it wouldn't come out on mobile, including not wanting to sell the game for less than $15, but I'm psyched to see they've come around. This game's a ton of fun. I've played a lot of various ports and bought this one the second I saw it in the Hot New Games section, haha. Couldn't have come at a better time, 'cause I've been putting a lot of time into San An and Gangstar: Vegas on iOS lately and this'll fit perfectly into my open-world gaming binge Lookin' forward to the cartoony GTA-like-ish chaos!
Love games inside of games? Find the arcade and have even more fun! Edit: There's also a cabinet that is essentially the game but with different controls, no sound, a different gui, and starts off similar to how GTA iii begins. No bridge explosion though

What does everyone use as the steering controls? Manual or Automatic? I've been going back and forth and I can't really decide which one I feel most comfortable with.
Yeah, but there is a bunch of different color variations which I think is a nice touch. I'm also loving all of the references so far. Especially duh the bank heist with the "Jester". Totally based on the opening scene of The Dark Knight #
I like that best too for the most part but the actual taking of turns is way too fast. Just seems less precise on automatic. Uggh....I dunno. lol oh well its fun running everything over anyway!! Hahaha! Ummmmm...don't tell me that Meat Boy is an actual PLAYABLE CHARACTER in this game! ##### Is he??? ###
