The winners of last week's Game of the Week poll are in! 1st Place: Quadropus Rampage (25 votes) 2nd Place: Agricola (11 votes) 3rd Place: Despicable Me: Minion Rush (6 votes) Congratulations to all the winners! Last week's thread: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=193033 The first part is nomination where every member can vote up to 5 games to be included in the poll. Releases active before Saturday are eligible, weekend releases can be nominated the following poll. 10 games with the most nominations will then be added to the poll on Sunday. Poll will remain open until next Wednesday and whichever game has the max votes, will be Touch Arcade forum's Game of the Week. Please note: 1) Devs cannot vote for their own games. If your game is in the poll, you can't vote. You are free to ask TA forum posters in your game release thread to vote for your game... but please don't post multiple messages about it. 2) This voting is for TA members - no outsiders allowed. If you have to ask someone to create a new account to vote, you're doing it wrong. 3) Suspect votes from may be void. Notice of this poll will be given in the threads of all nominated games. You can see new games by looking at AppShopper.com and checking the "New" tab. http://appshopper.com/games/new/ Cover Orange 2 Thread Video Forever Lost: Episode 2 Thread Gloomy Hollow Thread Video Home - a Unique Horror Adventure Thread Video Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage! iPhone Thread | iPad Thread Video Kingturn RPG Plus Thread Video Leaping Legend Thread Video Lucen: The Afterlife Thread Video Monster University Thread Monsters Invade Oz Thread Puzzle Pirates [iPad Only] Thread Return to Castlerama Thread Video Rivals for Catan Thread Video Roundhouse Thread Video Spiral Episode 1 Thread Video Temple Raider Thread Video Treasure Tower Sprint Thread Where's My Mickey? iPhone Thread | iPad Thread Video Whirl the Squirrel Thread Video X-Com: Enemy Unknown Thread Video Credit to EchoSeven, the normal GOTW person.
Not anymore it's not; Lucen: The Afterlife looks exactly like the type of indie game that GOTW listing might bring more attention to. I'll have to check it out. It's difficult to track released for the GOTW post especially from "off days". Thank you for the notice. Also adding Temple Raider and Whirl the Squirrel Edit: Thank you for the Sticky!
Ooh, ooh...Roundhouse should be on there too. Oh, and how'd you know I stickied the thread? EDIT: Yeah, Lucen's something else. Not the greatest game per se, but as an overall experience and just an obvious labor of love, I haven't felt this...attached to a game in a very long time. It scares me, it creeps me out, yet it somehow also tries to embrace me. Very, very cool game.
Also adding Leaping Legend on the occassion of it's worldwide release plus Monster University. Gee... there are a lot of games this week. Added Rounghouse too, thanks again. You seem to be the only moderator who does any work around here, educated guess*... * - By this I mean I have the upmost respect for moderators and that they all actually work really hard policing the forum, and it's appreciated
